If you are navigating an unplanned pregnancy, you are not alone.
An unplanned pregnancy can feel scary and isolating. At Hope Pregnancy Center we believe in meeting you where you are at and providing a safe and non-judgmental space to get the medical care and hands-on support that you need. Our knowledgeable staff will help you feel empowered with the education and help that you need.
We offer multiple services meant to equip, educate, and empower you through this season of life. Whether you are looking for medical services, emotional support, or practical help, we are here to make your journey a little bit easier.
Medically Verified Pregnancy Testing
If you think you may be pregnant, the first step is getting accurate confirmation. A missed period is the most common indication, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re pregnant.
Pregnancy tests are an indicator of pregnancy, not a confirmation, and can provide invalid results or false positives. Hormonal changes, stress, diet, and exercise all influence your cycle and reproductive health and there are many reasons a home test can provide incorrect results.
We offer a lab-quality, medically verifiable urine pregnancy test that is 99% accurate after a missed period. Our pregnancy testing is free and confidential, and we discuss your results with you immediately during your appointment.

Obstetrical Ultrasounds
OB ultrasounds, also known as obstetric sonography or obstetrical ultrasounds, are non-invasive diagnostic tests using high-frequency sound waves to produce images of your developing baby, uterus, and ovaries. Obstetric ultrasounds can detect pregnancy as early as six weeks after your last period and are a safe and effective way to monitor your pregnancy's progress and ensure your baby's health.
OB ultrasounds provide valuable information about your pregnancy such as confirmation of pregnancy, gestational age, growth and development, detecting multiple pregnancies, evaluating the placenta and amniotic fluid, and assessing the cervix and uterus for potential complications. Scheduling an ultrasound helps you get all the information you need so that you can make an informed and empowered choice.
Understand Your Options
Facing an unplanned pregnancy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. We offer a safe, supportive place to learn about all your options- including parenting, adoption, and abortion information- so you can make an informed decision that's best for you. Our role is not to pressure, but to provide the honest answers and encouragement you deserve. Please note, as a pregnancy resource center, we neither refer nor provide abortions.

Abortion Reversal Pill
If you’ve taken the first abortion pill and are having second thoughts, you’re not alone—and there may still be time. The Abortion Reversal Pill uses progesterone, a hormone naturally produced during pregnancy to reverse effects of the abortion pill, and has been shown to successfully save 64–68% of pregnancies when started quickly after the first abortion pill is taken.

Our medical team is here to support you in making the choice that feels right for you, even if that choice has changed. Abortion pill reversal is most effective when started as soon as possible after taking the first pill. If you need help right away, contact us immediately.
